Yoga

is perhaps the worlds first system to recognize the connection and interaction between body and mind. Yoga is India's unique contribution to the world. Yoga aims to build a bridge between the world in which we live and the world from which we came. The main purpose of Yoga is to isolate the mind from all thoughts, worries and anxiety increase the strength and flexibility of the body. The regular practice of Yoga can help to keep stress and tension at bay and alleviate the mind to a state of well-being and peace. Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences, while Ayurveda deals chiefly with the health of the body and mind, Yoga deals with spiritual health. Yoga exercises with preventative and curative values help bring natural order and balance to neuro-hormones and the bodies metabolism. These practices naturally treat stress and stress related disorders. Yoga gives us an opportunity to transcend our limitations and realize who we are and what our true potential is.
